Years of North Florida sun and humidity had faded the body color and left chalky, dull siding. Second-story gables and soffits were the worst of it, which is exactly where most repaints get rushed.

Dated kitchen cabinets refinished in a two-tone navy and white scheme — no doors replaced, no boxes torn out, just proper prep and a sprayed enamel finish.
The boxes and doors were structurally solid but the finish was tired and the kitchen felt dark. Replacement would have meant tearing out functional cabinetry and reworking counters.

Bare concrete around a pool gets hot, stains easily, and shows every patch. The homeowner wanted a uniform surface that wouldn't scorch bare feet in July.

The building needed both a curb-appeal reset and interior work, but the congregation still had to meet every week. High steeple and upper trim work put it out of reach for a lot of crews.

Detailed ceilings, tall stairwell walls, and existing trim meant a roller-and-go approach was never going to look right. Everything hinged on masking and clean lines.
